Load sprite sheet from array of bytes
Hi guys, is it possible to load sprite sheet (sprite with sprite mode multiple) from byte array without loosing information about individuals sprites?
I wanna reduce the size of my app so I renamed my sprite sheet to something.bytes. Now I want to load the sprite sheet from the Resources folder and create array of Sprite. While using standard sprite sheet it can be done by Resources.LoadAll<Sprite>("path")
, but it doesn't work while you rename it to *.bytes.
PS: I don't mind to use Unity built-in sprite packer, but I can't access the sprite sheet from code and I didn't find any way to load it from resources or simply reduce the size by using of lossless png compression.
Thx in advance for your help.
