I keep getting Mono.Cecil.AssemblyResolutionException on compile
I have been having a lot of problems with my Unity project at the moment. One of them is that the debug breakpoints are working incorrect (cache out of date? see https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/debug-breakpoints-completely-misbehaving-help.493244/ ), the other is that I keep getting this error when Unity compiles:
I have no idea what is causing this and no way of debugging it. The project does start when I press the play button, but the breakpoints in code from external DLL's behave like they're out of date (see link above).
I've been stuck on this for several days now and I can't seem to find any solution online.
