Can't access Multiplayer Network Prefab script

I added my multiplayer prefab in NetworkManager->SpawnInfo->PlayerPrefab. But I can't access the prefab's "CarController", "CarUserControl", "CarAudio" in script to give individual enable power to local players. Worked fine in this video (On time 14:14 ): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlKf0h0K5PU&t=863s
