My Camera turns black in the game playback at some unknown point! (HDR & Adaptive Reinhard Bug)
I'm using Unity 5.1.0f2 Personal, and I'm getting a very weird bug, but let me inform you of the whole issue so you can diagnose correctly:
I'm having a game scene contains terrain, water ocean (the built in Advanced Water FX), reflection probe, daylight scripted sun (directional light), two playable characters (everyone has his own camera), 2 switchable duplicated camera for each one of them and they have both HDR and Tonemapping (Adaptive Reinhard) Activated.
the problem gets when I play the game! everything goes very well until - at some random point - my current camera turns black in the game tab playback! I believe by 100% that it's a Tone-mapping (ADAPTIVE REINHARD) bug, as when I turn this Image Effect down in the editor during the playback everything goes fine at once! the same can be said to the other camera of the second player when I switch to it.
has anyone got this annoying bug? Please, I want to know how to fix this bug of tone-mapping so I could get use of this Image effect in my scene, knowing that I'm pretty sure it's a 100% Adaptive reinhard problem (even Auto White Adaptive Reinhard)
