Collaborate is replicating my project
I started creating the survival tutorial, and decided to use the collaborate option. My goal: be able to edit the project from two different PCs... not exactly a team situation, but it suited my needs.
What happens: Each time I select the project from the cloud, Unity will prompt me for a folder. Unity then creates a new project appending "1", "2", "3" etc. each time I open the project.
Example: I select "survival cloud" folder. Inside that folder I now have 3 folders: "Survival Game", Survival Game1", and "Survival Game2". if I were to open the project from the cloud again, and again select "survival cloud", it would create a "Survival Game3" folder (with a complete copy of the project). Note: If I select one of the "Survival Game" folders, then Unity simply creates yet another nested folder "Survival Game" nested under the "Survival Game" folder that I selected.
Is this the intended operation? I can imagine a scenario where it would be intended.. i.e. maybe Unity is trying to preserve work that might not have been committed prior (which is probably the safest mode, albeit painful). I was expecting to see "merge" options or perhaps a list of what changed.
