What are the steps to hookup the imported model and its animations to player input
https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/91643
I imported this model with animations from the asset store and it looks great but how do I begin to wire up the model, and its animations, to player input? Can you give me the steps I need to follow or a general idea of what comes next?
Thanks

You can either follow one of the many tutorials in the learn section that shows how to hook into the input system via code, or you can download a input asset pack and use it.
Those are the options.
Thanks dude, I wish I spent just a little more time searching for an answer online before creating a question here. I found this youtube vid which does an excellent job explaining what I need to know in just 40 $$anonymous$$utes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdOk5QXYC6Y. Plus it was entertaining to watch.
I might still go through the learn section and check out the tutorials there. After watching that youtube vid it's easier to understand what the tutorials are talking about.
$$anonymous$$y question to you though is, what is an "input asset pack?" I searched the asset store and couldn't find anything like that unless I searched wrong.
If you search for Rewired - that is the goto asset for managing input. There are also others available that do essentially the same thing.
