Unity5 Hangs on compiling Scripts!

Hello! I am having some problems with unity after upgrading it to version 5.0.1f1. When i open my previous project files it hangs on in the middle of "Compiling Scripts". And where to get Terrain assets package. and terrain textures? and in import asset package there is no terrain asset package.
