How to make a gameobject only visible through another gameobject in 2D?
I want to achieve this effect of a power bar:
The best way that I can think of doing this is by moving a pink rectangle sprite up a certain percentage of the height and only making it visible through the white arrow thereby making the white arrow a 'cutout'. I am new to the concept of shaders and textures in a 2D setting. Any help with this method, or any other method to achieve this effect will much appreciated.
Thanks in advance to everyone who replies :)
