Multiple Choice game in Unity

I'm a beginner/intermediate with unity. I already created the menu and all the links related to it. I also created the layout for the game play.

I don't want you to do the project for me, but I am a little bit lost.

I would like to display an image (the question) in the header and then do a classical ABCD button click choice. After that, we would switch to the next question (question image and button text change).

what are some steps that I have to follow knowing that my problems are:

1) how to create a database of questions

2) how to create a database of questions - with an image

3) switch to the next question

4) store the result after every good answer
