Rotating a 2D sprite(Ring) in a fixed position

Im actually a beginner who just saw many videos and made one sing project of it so I dont know why its happening, I want to actually rotate the a ring [ like the video here -->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE7gc1sblUA&list=WL∈dex=16&t=3324s] Please help me!!

If you mean the planet, it's 3D. How do you suppose rotating a sprite on three axis?
