Assets Store "Failed communication"

Hi guys, i was wondering if somebody could help me with this deep problem!

When i press Login in Assets Store Tools, it shows an error which is not clear if it is because of connection, wrong username, wrong password etc(but it seems its because of connections as it writes COMMUNICATION lol)!

I would be appreciated if you guys help me:)
