Crashes on startup

Hi Please HELP!!

I downloaded 2017.1.0f3 and it crashes on the initial opening. I can never open up the application. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I checked on my firewall. I changed my file path name as someone suggested in another answer and still agony. It is amazingly frustrating.

We have a hp envy, windows 10 and eset virus

Error is listed as:: C:\AppData\Local\Temp\crash_cf78e0293322f64fa21310ff24779828\error.dmp

Any thoughts??
