Unity Commercial Use of Assets

Hi,

I modified graphics of the following asset: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/environments/too-cube-forest-the-free-2d-platformer-game-tile-set-117493

It clearly says FREE and that it is an Extension Asset. For me "FREE" means I don't have to pay to use it. The instruction to Extension Asset says, that I have to get a licence for every user using it on their pc.

But can I use it for commercial purposes? Can somebody please provide me the section where it is clearly stated?
