Lighting Bake problems

I have a problem with unity's beast, it is extremly slow, it takes 1 day to bake and the scene has only one Object, ambient light and none directional light, ¿What am i doing wrong?

After it finish Some objects (like stairs or interior's floor) become extremely white or black.
