Instantiated object retains variable values
Essentially, I'm trying to make a world generation system that works as follows. The central room instantiates a prefabricated version of itself, which then instantiate themselves again. For some reason, I assign the "next generation" of rooms with certain variables, which they seem to retain in the inspector, but in debug logs they show that they have a default value(the original value, but modified, so not unchanged). If this makes sense, how would I make these variables not carry over? If needed, I can provide code, but the script is quite long. Thanks, EpicCrownKing
