Where is the () and + list, in onclick, in the Button UI
I only have OnClick, I'm missing the () and the ability to list the effects which i want to add on to the button. 
Did you try clicking the arrow to the left of On Click to expand the options?

You enabled the Debug mode for the inspector. Go to normal mode if you want to see the usual view (top right, next to the "Inspector" tab and the cog)

I turned it into debug mode a while ago, after watching a tutorial, then I forgot why it looked different :P.
