What do you put in the notify box on here?
I haven't tried yet but just wondered what exactly do you put in the notify box at the bottom of new questions? I'd love to be notified, but i'm signed in, surely it already knows my email address?
Do i put my name, or my email address in there?

Email address. If you have filled in an email address on your profile, it should put that in the notify box for you. Then all you have to do is decide whether to check the box or not.
