Check what components I installed & how to install ones I haven't

I just recently got Unity. And totally forgot if I had installed the Android and iOS components during the Assistant installer. How can I check what components I have installed? And if so, how can I install components after finishing the install with the Unity Assistant Installer? Thank you :)
