MapNav -error -"Please enable location services and restart app"

I have been trying to run the 3D demo on MapNav ,however I always get an error message saying: "Please enable location services and restart app." in 2D text that covers the game area with a black background. I really am not sure what am I doing wrong. I followed the instructions in the manual and all I am trying to do is just get the 3D demo to run through the gps emulator on my Win PC. If you know a solution please tell how to solve. Thanks!
