we use unity 2017.4.17f1 - xcode 10.1:
Firebase analytics
Firebase Messaging
Unity Analytics Unity IAP
Unity Ads
Google AdMob
Uniweb * this plugin removed on the error log
native share local notifications
plugins in this project
I update xcode to 10.1 and try again -> result = faild
remove firebase plugin and try to build -> result = faild
remove cocopod, reinstal and update -> result = faild
Turn off and on unity ads plugin -> result = faild
Turn unity IAP off and on -> result = faild
update firebase plugins to lates -> result = faild
but build simulator version -> ist work!!!
try different solutions but they don't work for me! any help or suggestion?

Hey, did you solve this issue? I'm currently getting the same thing after implementing unity ads!
