AWS Cloudfront RTMP Video Streaming?
Hello All! We are trying to stream a video into 2018.2.14f1 (and higher) using the video player. It's working for download and for streaming from the Cloudfront link (but slow - especially streaming), but if I switch to an RTMP distribution (specifically for streaming), it doesn't work at all for streaming.
Has anyone else tried using RTMP for streaming video and had success with the VideoPlayer?
Thanks for the help!

Hey Barry, I am also trying to stream a video from AWS. Right now I can download and play the video, but looking into streaming options because some of the videos are huge.
I was just looking into Cloudfront. I read that RTMP uses Adobe Flash, so I think that may be the reason why it doesn't work. How slow was the stream using the Cloudfront link?
I haven't gone the RT$$anonymous$$P route yet, as it's pretty complicated to get going. For now, we are using our Vimeo Pro account, where you can have a direct strea$$anonymous$$g link, and it works great. The only problem is that the largest video you can stream is 2$$anonymous$$ unless you are willing to add some code that uses their API. However, I want it to stream fast, so 2$$anonymous$$ is fine for me, and it's working great for a stereo 360 video. Hopefully in the future, I'm delve into the RT$$anonymous$$P process on AWS. Trying to stream from AWS Cloudfront was only slightly faster than the download link, so that's not good unless you are strea$$anonymous$$g small files. 360 stereo files aren't the smallest of files. :( Good luck!
