Can't declare a joystick

Hello, I'm trying to implement movement from PC controls to mobile. However the tutorials I see online all declare a variable of a joystick. I have already added the InputSystem package. However, I accidentally clicked no when it asked me to overwrite something (99% sure it was the old Input system) and I can't get the prompt to appear again.
