VR player and navmesh agents avatars dynamics

Hello everybody,

I have VR player (using HTC Vive) that moves freely in a room with walking avatars, that sometimes stands by the player. So I've put a navmesh agent on the player and the avatar, but the avatars will either be pushed aside by the player or collide with him, depends on the obstacle avoidance (if its lower then the avatars than the player pushes the avatar, if its higher or equal to the avatars then the avatar pushes the player)

How can I have the avatar and the player have neutral relationships?
