When trying to build Space Shooter game given in the Unity Learn in the unity 2017.1 Build fails giving the following errors

I ran into this issue in the release version of 2017.1. I'm still looking for the resolution, but I have found that if I execute the node.exe command from the CLI, I see the error Exception thrown during bootstrapping. If I remove the --stack_size flag, then the error goes away.

I'm not sure how to remove this option from Unity's invocation of Emscripten.

Edit: I found the flag in C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\WebGLSupport\BuildTools\emscripten.config.

Try lowering the stack_size. For me, it started working with stack_size=1024!

The same. I read many questions on forum with that problem, but there isn't clear answer for novices like me. Unity promises fix this bug before in spring, but there we are. It's frustrating, while that old bug in tutorial stuff...
