I'm using PC and Microsoft Mixed reality headset. I got this error when I hit "Build and Run." What does this mean?

Do you have visual studio installed with your needed IDE's?
Visual Studio is installed, but I don't know what IDE is.

Same problem here, but building a basic unity project (not mixed reality).
I just created an empty project in Unity 2018.4.21f1, set it to build for UWP / IL2CPP. Error is:
BuildFailedException: Deployment failed. Output: Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length Manifest files is not valid:C:\Users\iuli\Desktop\IL2CPP_Test2\APP2\build\bin\x64\Release\AppxManifest.xml
Is there a solution ?
What i did that kind of solved it was first build a master build (not build and run). Then build and run. Even when it failed to run, it still made the package. Once the build was installed this was not a problem any longer.
