Why is the animation clip preview different than ingame?
Hi,
I have an issue with animations in unity. I have a generic model with animations running through mecanim, and root motion controlled by script.
The issue that I have is that my "Left Turn" animation on the model jumps back to the original position after finishing, even though the object has been moved to where the mesh finishes the animation.
What's weird tho, is that in the animation preview, I can see the pivot point moving with the object, but in the scene, and in transition previews it's different. How is this possible?
Here are two videos, the first one is the preview on the animation import settings, the second one is the transition turnLeft -> idle.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Could this be a problem with the imported animations themselves, as in the pivot point of the animation doesn't get moved?
