Objects close to camera jitter?
My character (first person) brings their weapon up to an ADS position, and when the sight gets close to the camera it starts shaking like crazy. Individual vectices of the mesh move in relation to one another a bit, causing the object to morph slightly, but since the sight is very close to the camera it is very noticeable and very jarring. The gun (which is farther away) also shakes, but less.
This doesn't happen with other objects that are that close, even when walking into something.
In case this matters, I have two cameras: a camera for close objects (N: 0.01, F: 0.5) and a camera for everything else (N: 0.5, F: 6000). Also I'm using Unity 2017.1f2 (hard to upgrade in an offline environment).
Does anyone know what might cause this? Any lead can help. Thanks in advance!
