Top Notch Specs, Poor Performance on the Editor

Hello there honored community members, Im having a serious issue with poor editor performance that is slowing down the speed of development and is giving me a pain in the ass. I am shocked how people with specifcations so much worse than mine and WHILE RECORDING, get a smooth workflow. There must be something wrong!.
