Admob interstitial ads works, but rewarded video doesn't work

Admob interstitial ads works, but rewarded video doesn't work. Video always loads, but doesn't show. I used admob id for testing. but I tried with my id too and the same thing. I am using the latest version of the unity admob plugin. https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/releases/tag/v3.11.0
