Instantiating an Object Using its File Location on the Local Machine
Essentially what I am looking to do is use the file location of a 3D model on my machine and instantiate it into the seen at runtime.
Comment
if you have it setup as a prefab, you can get it as a GameObject with Resources.Load. have you tried that? Something like: GameObject newG$$anonymous$$ = (GameObject)Resources.Load("prefabs/thing"); Then instantiate that G$$anonymous$$
