Folder exists, yet "Data folder not found: There should be folder next to executable"
This picture explains everything.
Any ideas?
Are you sure you tried the "project settings...player" thing where you change the .net option from .net 2.0 subset to just .net 2.0? That was the one that ultimately fixed it for me.

It would be possible if you use external dll like System.Data.dll. In that case it will be solved if you change ‘Api Compatibility Level’ from ‘.NET 2.0 Subset’ to ‘.NET 2.0’ in the ‘Player Settings’.
This right here totally fixed my problem. $$anonymous$$y development partner added Zenject or something to the project and builds stopped working. The second I made this simple change, everything was fine. Thank you!

In my case, a .dll file I had recently added was preventing it from packing my projects assets, giving a "There should be a 'data' folder next to the executable" error. Deleting the .dll fixed this.

Restarting the computer fixed this problem.
This shouldn't be the 'CORRECT' answer as it DID NOT WOR$$anonymous$$ FOR $$anonymous$$E!
The answer posted below by ... Raphael-Jeongho-Eom ... IS THE CORRECT ANSWER!
It's been 3 years since I last logged in, I will gladly update my answers. Raphael's answer was added 1 year go, so of course I missed out on what's going on. Thanks again for letting me know.

Simple is change name "Test_Data" to "Data". I try this and work like a charm!
