Show TextBox on MouseClick with CloseButton

hey! so there will be a platform with some buildings on it. whenever you click on a building it should show a textbox and show some information about the building - it should close automatically after some time or contain a close button so you can close the window/textbox whenever you want. i have no experience with c# or java so i'd be really thankful if someone could give me a finished script! (maybe one of you already did something like this once)
