3D Platformer Copper Respawn Help

Hi all well ive been doing the 3D Platformer and everything was going smoothly until i got to the respawn point for "Copper".. Ive repeatedly did the steps over and i still cant manage to get copper to respawn correctly.. yes he respawns but he does nothing else besides sits there.. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance..
