Brushes like in unity built-in terrain. Mouse projection on mesh in edit mode

[Solved] Im working on simple terrain builder that will be not so greedy like unity`s built-in terrain. When u edit unity`s terrain there is a highlights that appear on mouseover vertices , how to do something like that? I saw that if i put my mesh under unitys terrain and start edit it, highlights aslo project on my terrain even without collider.
[Open] So, i done with projector. Now i have problem how to get nearest vertices that are covered by projector texture which could had some alpha areas like in built-in terrain brush.

Use a raycast to find where your mouse hits the terrain. Create a projector with a highlight image of your choice and use the information from the raycast to orient and locate the projector so that it projects on your terrain.
Projector Settings: Use is the "Blob light Projector" (Import Package->Projectors) so that your projector doesn't fill the entire terrain. Also, set "orthographic" to true.
