Paint textures like on terrain but without terrain?
I guess terrain would be overkill for my mobile game performance and it's file size. I've found https://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php/TerrainObjExporter and thought about getting it to mesh, but it doesn't save the textures and the file size is kinda getting big. I think exported texture would also be big. I may keep the terrain though if there is a way to optimise it somehow but let's keep it as last restort.
