Why does Unityhave moderators that leave evil comments then ban people for calling them out?

So it seems in the forems there are moderators like guerllasomething that constantly bash Atari. Ever sense Ataribox was announced, he and 3 woman say mean and hatefull things on a particular thread. So when I call them out for this, I get banned form the forems. People are calling other people a-holes and such. I try to calm people down to have a discussion about the Ataribox, yet this moderator and 3 woman just keep on witht the hate. I show him the quotes yet nothing gets done to them. So the only thing I can see if that Unity hates Atari. Is this true? Is unity biased against companies like Atari or is this this guirrilia guy?

Also, how is this guy even a moderator? Is this normal for Unity to have moderators like this? I have been with unity for several years and paid thousands of dollars on the store and this happens. What is going on? Please someone in Unity management explain. I'd really like to know if this is sanctioned or not. We plan on working with Atari on games for their platform and would like to know what is Unity's official stance.
