Set Image or Sprite to not ReadPixel

i'm testing ReadPixel function and have question about some image in canvas that renderer mode set to Screen Space - overlay not be read via Texture2D.ReadPixel. but i want my other image in Screen Space -Camera mode show front of the overlay mode canvas. is it be possible?
