Can't buy off asset store

I got a 20 dollar Visa Vanilla AND MasterCard. I type in all the info. It declines it. I look at the card and the info I put down, it was all correct. Nothing. I check the balance, it has 20 dollars in it. When I told people at my home about this, I told them "You see. Buy something off of Amazon using that card" The payment for that amazon card went through. Something is wrong with the card for this specific site. Any way This could be fixed?
