Asset Store took my 353$ and displayed Error 107
I bought assets for 353$, after checkout and taking my money from the bank it displayed an Error 107 and my assets are still not available This is a complete joke, they basically stole my money

What do you mean by "still not available?". Have you followed the steps at https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/210112873-How-do-I-download-an-asset-I-have-purchased- ?
Yes and the issue has still not been resolved @tanoshimi
Have you contacted unity support? People on UnityAnswers don't work for Unity and can't help with refunds or such.

I'm wondering if this is some problem between the new asset store and the old asset store. I couldn't buy assets from within Unity today although it worked two days ago. But when I went to the Unity Asset Store online through my browser and chose the option revert to old asset store I was able to purchase my items.

I could not buy the aseet in spite of the fact that my credit card was charged. Though I changed for the old store, and I neither used VPN nor the popup block.
