So, what exactly is ControllerColliderHit.moveLength?
The documentation for ControllerColliderHit.moveLength states the following:
How far the character has travelled until it hit the collider.
Note that this can is different from what you pass to CharacterController.Move, because all movement is constrained by collisions.
I'm just not entirely sure how this is calculated. It's a single float, with no XY components, and it doesn't seem to relate much to the thing that you're hitting. Is it in units? Relative to the movement vector? What kind of situations is it useful in?
Is there a more in depth description of this property? Maybe with some examples?
