Dolby Surround - Stereo - 3d Sound with Audio Source and Listener

Hello guys, I want to ask you if Unity3d implements 3d audio, as Dolby Surround. I mean if someone wants to play my game with 3d sound he can listen as the stereo. And does it work on android?
