Multiplayer - non player object synchronisation
I am working on a multiplayer fishing game, and as a test to work on the multiplayer component i made a little demo. I am trying to cast the bobber ( an orb in this case ) to the water, which works client side. I cant get it to work on server side though, since the orb doesnt synchronise it's position to the server. I tried giving the clone it's own network identity and transform, and added it to registered spawnable prefabs to no avail.
here is a small gif of the issue https://i.imgur.com/KSpEhF4.gifv
I was hoping to get a pointer in the right direction, or advice on how i should or shouldn't do this. Especially regarding if i should do it this way at all.
Thanks in Advance!
