What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I'm very new to unity and I've been following a YouTube tutorial series. I tried to follow his instructions best I can. However when I try to use it I get an error message. Could anybody read through it and tell me what I did wrong? Thanks :) I have screenshots below of my work. alt text
