Can i download Photon Unity Networking without using the Asset Store?

ok bit of a different one, is there any way i can download Photon Networking Free without using the Asset Store inbuilt with unity. the browser version works fine but the in app version is stuck on loading. Even if its uploaded to a sharing site or something that would be fine (only if its legal though). If not i would appreciate any suggestions as to how to fix the loading issue. thanks

Are you perhaps using a proxy server? If yes, then try accessing Asset Store without it.

not that i know of, its just a typical adsl 2 home broadband.
