Could not connect to server: Operation timed out

Hello, I am having a problem connecting a client computer from another part of the world to my remote asset server. But when I try to connect the computer using the unity asset server, I get this error: "Could not log in to [IP Address]. Could not connect to server: Operation timed out. Is the server running on host "[IP Address]" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 10733." all in red text. How do I fix this error?

I have tried inputting the IP Address in the server text field in these configurations: [IP Address], [IP Address]:10733, [Host Name], [IP Address]\ [Host Name], [IP Address]\192.168.0.12, [IP Address]\\192.168.0.12.

I know that the user name and the password is correct because the error only says that the IP Address/location is only timing out.

I have also tried port forwarding.

What else could I do to fix this error? any help is appreciated.
