Advice a setup for a character built at runtime

I need a character to be built at runtime. So at first i've created an empty object, put camera as a child, added collider and a script.

But my model uses root motion, so after adding a model as a child of my game object and moving it around with animations, game object with camera and colider left in place, it is obvious tho, but was not for me when i've started.

So now i'm stuck, i don't know how to rearange all this, because i am unable to place everything on the model, because it should be added at runtime with a script. I've tried reparenting model as a parent of everything using script, but collider is still a component of a child game object and that is wrong setup tho..
