PHOTON FindFriends (222) not allowed on current server (GameServer)

Error: Operation FindFriends (222) not allowed on current server (GameServer). What does GameServer mean, when this error gets thrown, I'm trying to find friends from a "global" room I've made, is it impossible to find friends in a room or what?
