Is the new Accelerator Pack offering available to existing Unity Plus subscribers?

Several commenters have already asked about this, and I don't see an official answer on the blog or in the forums. The accelerator page links directly to a checkout process, with no mention of existing plus subscribers.
The answer is simply: "No". Just read the terms and conditions of the Accelerator Pack Campaign
“New Subscriber” means a person who has newly subscribed for Unity Plus via the Unity Plus Accelerator Pack campaign page within the Campaign Period; newly subscribed Enterprise customers of Unity Plus shall be considered “New Subscribers” at Unity’s sole discretion. For greater certainty, to qualify as a “New Subscriber” a person must not have licensed Unity Plus previously (renewing does not count as newly subscribing) or downgraded from Unity Pro to Unity Plus.
Well, that answers things pretty comprehensively. C'est la vie.
I am an existing customer but purchased an additional seat through the campaign program in order to take advantage of this offer. Am I to assume that I cannot take advantage of this offer as well? I have not received anything as of yet so Im regretting adding a seat 3 months before I was planning to.

Apologies for any confusion here but the Accelerator Pack is only free for users that have purchased Unity Plus on or after the 13th January 2017.
I have checked your account & can see you have had it from ‘’2017-01-05’’ so in this instance unfortunately you do not qualify.

Seam a little unfair for existing customers. I missed out by just 8 days!
Hi Luke, I'm Lukas and I have Unity since February 1, 2017. I would like to get the Accelerator Pack. For single person indie developer it is very expensive. Thank you very much!
