HIdden cursor slider issue

Steps to reproduce:

(Possibly not important) Make a custom cursor and set the hotspot to 16, 16.

In the start of any script, start by saying Screen.showCursor = false.

Make a slider inside a panel inside a canvas.

Start the scene.

The mouse should show, until trying to drag the slider and it glitches out.
