How do I Add a Simple Blur Effect to the Camera?
So I am just trying to add an innate blur effect to one of my cameras. There are no game components that create blur that I can find and everything online is for motion blur. It seems like an easy task but for the life of me I just can't find out how to apply a straight up blur effect to my camera.
